Aimee Renteria is from Lake Tahoe, CA. Growing up in a mountain town inspired a love of the outdoors and a health-conscious lifestyle that propelled Aimee to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Ecology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Since graduating, Aimee has spent over 15 years tailoring her knowledge and skills as a Medical Massage Therapist, Yoga Therapist, NASM Stretch Coach and Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Clients can expect Aimee to use a blend of techniques from Eastern and Western medical philosophies that promote vascularity, tissue hydration and pain reduction, resulting in restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
